Our clinic offers an emergency veterinarian 365 days of the year.
When the clinic is closed for any emergency please phone: 03 5472 5477 and follow the prompts
Always phone before you rush in with an injured or sick animal to ensure that someone will be available to see you. An additional fee is charged outside normal clinic hours.
Our veterinarians and nursing staff are well qualified in the latest methods and technologies to treat small animals, production and performance animals – both in the surgery and in the field.
Our clinic is fully equipped with up-to-date and modern facilities.
Always call for an appointment to avoid waiting room delays. We do our very best to keep waiting times to a minimum, but emergencies can create un-expected delays.
If you have a preferred or favorite veterinarian, please ask to see that vet when you make your booking by phone, and we will do everything possible to make sure this happens.
Make sure you report to reception on arrival, so our staff know you are ready and waiting, and please weigh your dog(s) so we can update our records.
Please keep dogs secured on leads and cats and other small animals in containers. We have spare leads to borrow and cages for hire if necessary.
For the safety of your children and the comfort of others, all children must be strictly supervised at ALL times. The clinic contains hazardous equipment and chemicals that are potentially dangerous to children.
The admission time for surgery and other procedures is between 8:15 and 8.30am but other times can be arranged.
We request that you do not feed your pet for at least 12 hours prior to surgery.
You can give your pet water but NO food. This is to reduce the risk of vomiting while under general anaesthetic.
The clinic offers a wide range of natural animal health foods and supplements.
Herbal remedies, acupuncture, homeopathy, neutroceuticals, manipulative and chiropractic work are all available from the clinic.
